Debate your own thought on a point and then be absolutely still and quiet and observe what “your own thoughts” come up with as though you are both the therapist & the one on the couch simultaneously. Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Sudden buzzing that sounds like an energy wave just beamed right through your head. Sort of sounds like an emergency broadcast sound.

Write them down word for word to the best of your ability over the next week and then look at the sum of them. Then ask yourself did you physically and actively call those thoughts into your mind or did they just randomly pop into your mind?
